Iona Fergusson is a curator and producer specialising in lens-based work based out of London. She worked for six years as Photo Editor for Vogue India before returning to London to complete a Masters in the History and Critical Theory of Photography. She has worked as Programme Director for the Delhi Photo Festival and will be directing the Talks & Events programme at experimental photography festival Peckham 24 in London in May 2019. Curatorial projects include the screening of The Lost Head & The Bird: a multi-platform video by artist Sohrab Hura at Peckham 24 in London (May 2017), two exhibitions of abstract photography:CUT PULL BEND THRUST and ARC by artists Yamini Nayar and Zoe Croggon for Peckham 24 (2018) and an on-going three-year photographic commission and exhibition titled Girl Gaze: Journeys Through The Punjab & The Black Country, UK. Book projects include being a selector for South Asian and Australasian women photobook makers for 10x10 Photobooks' recent publication How We See: Photobooks by Women (October 2018).
